With the burden of a fleet aging tractors with high maintenance costs and regulatory compliance nightmares looming, Progressive Packaging, Inc. approached Outsource Logistics to find a solution.

The aforementioned issues coupled with an aggressive growth plan required a laser focused strategy in order to be successful and Outsource Logistics put forth just such a plan. In 90 days, our Dedicated Fleet Services division created a partnership plan to hire and manage drivers in 3 different geographic locations, put Progressive Packaging in new fuel efficient tractors, while managing all HR, Payroll, Safety, and Regulatory aspects of the business.  Fuel efficiency increased by almost 2 miles per gallon and maintenance costs immediately dropped dramatically almost paying for the entire program by itself.
